No. Most enquiries arrive as a rough idea, a competitor's site or an old site that needs replacing. The questions we ask after your enquiry exist to turn that into a defined scope. If it turns out the project is not a fit, we say so.

Envoyer them with your enquiry, in Figma, XD, PDF or images, and we quote the build from those. Without designs, page design is part of the project.

Our published service area is Canada and the United States. Enquiries from elsewhere are considered case by case; tell us where you are and we will say yes or no before quoting.

Because a base rate for a defined scope is a real number, and hiding it wastes everyone's first conversation. The published rate is the starting point; your total depends on the add-ons you choose, and it is confirmed in writing before you pay.

Standard projects are paid in full before development begins. Larger builds can be staged; if so, the stages and their amounts are written into the scope before you pay anything.

Standard builds also use a stack we know well. Stores, custom applications and integrations follow the longer timeline written in their own scope.

You do, in full, from completion. Domains, hosting, payment gateways and advertising accounts are created in your name from the start, so nothing needs transferring out of ours.
