Step one

A written scope, with one total.

Every project starts as a document: what is included, what you provide, the timeline, and a single price in CAD or USD. Nothing starts until you agree to it.

  • Deliverables listed line by line
  • Base rate plus the add-ons you chose
  • Valid for 30 days
Step two

One secure payment, through Stripe.

Once the scope is agreed, a Stripe payment link arrives by email. Card details are handled by Stripe and are never stored by Mindmap.

  • Paid once, before development begins
  • Receipt from Stripe immediately
  • Invoicing in CAD or USD
At completion

Everything becomes yours.

Credentials, designs, source files and the agreed project assets are transferred at completion. Domains, hosting and accounts are set up in your name from the start.

  • Full ownership of the deliverables
  • 30 days of defect correction
  • Nothing held back if you ever move on
How it works

The same eight stops, from enquiry to hand-over.

You always know what has been agreed, what has been paid for and what happens next.

01

Send an enquiry

Use the quote form, email or phone. Tell us what the site or project needs to do and what you already have.

02

We review and ask questions

We read the request and come back with the questions needed to price it properly. This usually takes one business day.

03

Scope, timeline and price defined

You receive a written scope listing the deliverables, the expected timeline and one total price in CAD or USD.

04

Stripe payment link sent

Once you agree the scope, a secure Stripe payment link is sent by email. Card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by Mindmap.

05

You complete payment

Pay by card through the Stripe page. You receive a Stripe receipt straight away.

06

Development begins

Work starts after payment and the required project materials and access are received. Standard website projects target delivery within 24–48 hours from that point.

07

Review and staging

You review the work on a staging link where applicable and tell us what to change within the agreed scope.

08

Hand-over

Final files, credentials and source files are transferred to you. Full ownership is yours, with 30 days of defect correction included.

Delivery

24–48

hours after payment and materials

Standard website projects target delivery within 24–48 hours after payment and required project materials are received. Larger or more complex builds follow the timeline agreed in the project scope. The target is planned around, not guaranteed; the timeline for your project is written in the scope before you pay.

What you provide

  • Content, images and brand files you have the right to use
  • Access to your domain, hosting and any accounts the scope lists
  • Payment through the Stripe link
  • Answers to review questions within the agreed time

What you receive

  • The finished work, reviewed on staging where applicable
  • Credentials, source files and agreed project assets
  • Full ownership of the deliverables
  • 30 days of defect correction
Pricing

The total adds up on paper before it adds up on your card.

Invoicing is available in CAD or USD based on client preference. The full price list, with every add-on, is on the pricing page.

Base rate

A fixed rate for a defined scope: what is included, how many pages, what you provide.

+
Add-ons

Fixed rates for the extras you choose, listed on every service page and on the pricing page.

Written total

One total in CAD or USD, confirmed in writing before the Stripe payment link is sent.

Before you pay

Questions clients ask before they pay.

Do you charge before starting work?

Yes. Every project is paid in full through the Stripe payment link before development begins, unless a different schedule is written into the scope for a larger build. Because the scope, deliverables and price are agreed in writing first, you know exactly what the payment covers.

Can I pay in US dollars?

Yes. Invoicing is available in CAD or USD based on client preference. Tell us which you prefer and the quote and Stripe link are issued in that currency.

What does the 24–48 hour delivery target mean?

For a standard website project it is the time between us receiving payment plus your materials and access, and the finished site being ready for your review. It is a target we plan around, not a guarantee. Larger or more complex builds follow the timeline agreed in the project scope.

What happens if something is wrong after delivery?

Every project includes 30 days of defect correction: if something we built does not work as described in the scope, we fix it at no cost. New features and changes of mind are quoted separately.

Who owns the website when it is finished?

You do. Code, designs, credentials, source files and the agreed project assets are handed over at completion. Hosting, domains and third-party accounts are set up in your name from the start.

Do you sell monthly plans or subscriptions?

No. Mindmap does not sell subscriptions, retainers or trials. Every engagement is a one-time project with a fixed scope and a fixed price.

Tell us what the project needs to do.

You get a written scope with one price. Nothing starts until you agree to it.
