Questions clients ask before they pay.
How is a 24 to 48 hour turnaround possible?
By removing the delays, not the work. Nothing is built until the scope is written and accepted and every asset it lists — content, images, brand files, account access — has been received. The clock starts at that point, not at first contact, so the build runs without waiting on decisions or missing material. Standard builds also use a stack we know well: WordPress or hand-written HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Stores, custom applications and integrations follow the longer timeline written in their own scope, and the target for your project is stated in writing before you pay.
Do you provide ongoing maintenance?
Not as a retainer. Every project includes 30 days of defect correction, which covers anything we built that does not work as described in the scope. Beyond that, later work — updates, new pages, a redesign, plugin or platform upgrades — is quoted as its own small fixed-price project. Mindmap does not sell monthly plans, retainers or subscriptions, and no recurring charge is ever created.
How do we communicate across time zones?
The office runs on India Standard Time, nine and a half to twelve and a half hours ahead of North America. Email and chat are answered around the clock and calls are scheduled in your morning or evening. In practice the gap works in your favour: material sent at the end of your day is usually actioned before you start the next one. Because the scope is agreed in writing first, no stage of the project depends on both parties being online at the same moment.
Do you charge before starting work?
Yes. Every project is paid in full through the payment link before development begins, unless a different schedule is written into the scope for a larger build. Because the scope, deliverables and price are agreed in writing first, you know exactly what the payment covers.
Can I pay in US dollars?
Yes. Invoicing is available in CAD or USD based on client preference. Tell us which you prefer and the quote and payment link are issued in that currency.
What does the 24–48 hour delivery target mean?
For a standard website project it is the time between us receiving payment plus your materials and access, and the finished site being ready for your review. It is a target we plan around, not a guarantee. Larger or more complex builds follow the timeline agreed in the project scope.
What happens if something is wrong after delivery?
Every project includes 30 days of defect correction: if something we built does not work as described in the scope, we fix it at no cost. New features and changes of mind are quoted separately.
Who owns the website when it is finished?
You do. Code, designs, credentials, source files and the agreed project assets are handed over at completion. Hosting, domains and third-party accounts are set up in your name from the start.
Do you sell monthly plans or subscriptions?
No. Mindmap does not sell subscriptions, retainers or trials. Every engagement is a one-time project with a fixed scope and a fixed price.
