Mindmap IT Solutions is a proprietorship, which means it is not a company with staff behind a brand name — it is one person, registered under his own name, personally responsible for every project. This page says who that is and what it commits him to.
I run Mindmap IT Solutions as a registered proprietorship in Mohali, Punjab. My own name is on the GST registration, on the Udyam certificate, on every quote and on every invoice. There is no company structure between you and me.
I studied design at Capilano University in North Vancouver. Most of the businesses I build for are in Canada and the United States, and that is a large part of why: I am designing for a market I have lived in rather than one I have only read about.
That has a practical consequence. The person who reads your enquiry, writes your scope and quotes your price is the person who builds the site and hands it over. There is no account manager, no queue, and nothing gets passed to someone you have never spoken to.
It also means the commitments published on this site are mine personally. A written scope before any payment. One total, in the currency you choose. Full ownership of everything at completion. Thirty days of defect correction. No subscriptions, no retainers, no recurring charges of any kind.
If a project goes wrong, or a deadline is going to slip, you hear it from me in writing before the date passes — not afterwards, and not from a support address. The two phone numbers on this site reach me.
