Published rates, then one custom total.
Every project is custom-scoped, because no two page lists, product catalogues or content sets are the same. What is not custom is the starting point: the base rate for each service and every add-on rate are published above, in CAD, so you can estimate before you speak to us.
After your enquiry we confirm the requirements, then issue a written scope with one final total in CAD or USD, the deliverables it covers and the delivery timeline for your project. That total is fixed on acceptance. Payment is one-time; Mindmap does not sell subscriptions, retainers or trials, and no recurring charge is ever created.
There is no hourly rate. Mindmap does not bill by the hour, keep timesheets or charge for overruns. If a project takes longer than expected, that is our problem, not an additional invoice. The only way the price changes is if you ask for something outside the agreed scope, and that is quoted as its own fixed amount and accepted in writing before it is built.
