Mindmap IT Solutions builds websites and the digital services around them: WordPress and custom development, online stores, technical SEO, content, campaign set-up and brand identity. The clients are businesses in Canada and the United States that want a professional web presence delivered quickly and handed over in full. The practice is registered in Punjab, India as a proprietorship, and every project is delivered from that office. Its founder studied management at Capilano University in North Vancouver, which is part of why the work is aimed at North American businesses rather than a general market.

The 24 to 48 hour target on standard websites is not a shortcut in the code. It comes from removing the two things that usually stretch a small web project across weeks: an undefined scope, and content that arrives in pieces. Nothing is built until the scope is written and accepted and every asset listed in it has been received. From that point the build is uninterrupted, which is why a five-page business site can be finished in a day or two while a store or a custom application follows the longer timeline written in its own scope.

Every build goes through the same checks before hand-over regardless of how quickly it was produced: responsive layout tested at four widths, forms submitted end to end, Lighthouse and PageSpeed run, accessibility checked for keyboard navigation, focus states, labels and WCAG AA contrast, current Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge, and a crawl for broken links. Speed comes from preparation, not from skipping the list.

The office runs on India Standard Time, which is nine and a half to twelve and a half hours ahead of North America. In practice that is an advantage: work sent at the end of your day is usually waiting when you start the next one. Email and chat are answered around the clock, calls are scheduled in your morning or evening, and no project depends on both parties being awake at once, because the scope is agreed in writing before work begins.

Domains, hosting, payment gateways and advertising accounts are created in your name from the start. At completion the code, designs, credentials, source files and agreed assets are transferred to you. If you ever move to another provider, nothing is held back and nothing needs to be bought out.
