Use the quote form, email or phone. Tell us what the site or project needs to do and what you already have.
We review and ask questions
We read the request and come back with the questions needed to price it properly. This usually takes one business day.
Scope, timeline and price defined
You receive a written scope listing the deliverables, the expected timeline and one total price in CAD or USD.
Payment link sent
Once you agree the scope, a secure payment link is sent by email. Card details are entered on the payment provider’s own secure page and are never stored by Mindmap.
You complete payment
Pay by card on the provider’s secure page. You receive a our payment provider receipt straight away.
Development begins
Work starts after payment and the required project materials and access are received. Standard website projects target delivery within 24–48 hours from that point.
Review and staging
You review the work on a staging link where applicable and tell us what to change within the agreed scope.
Hand-over
Final files, credentials and source files are transferred to you. Full ownership is yours, with 30 days of defect correction included.
Enquiry received
You send the form, an email or a call describing what the project must do. Nothing is charged and nothing is committed at this stage.
Requirements and questions
We come back with the questions needed to price the work properly: page list, products, integrations, who supplies content, deadlines.
Written scope and quote issued
You receive a written scope listing every deliverable, what you provide, the timeline for your specific project, and one total with its currency. Valid 30 days. No payment has been taken.
Scope agreed, payment link sent
Once you confirm the scope in writing, a secure payment link is sent by email for the agreed total. Card details are entered on the payment provider’s own secure page.
Payment and materials received
Payment plus the content, images, brand files and account access listed in the scope. The delivery clock starts here, not at enquiry.
Development
The build runs against the agreed scope. Anything outside it is quoted separately before it is done.
Review on staging
You review the work on a staging link where applicable and request changes within the agreed scope. This stage depends on how quickly feedback comes back.
Hand-over and completion
Final files, credentials, source files and agreed assets are transferred. Full ownership passes to you. 30 days of defect correction begins.

hours after payment and materials
Standard website projects target delivery within 24–48 hours after payment and required project materials are received. Larger or more complex builds follow the timeline agreed in the project scope. The target is planned around, not guaranteed; the timeline for your project is written in the scope before you pay.
