Digital Marketing
We set up advertising campaigns, landing pages and email tools inside accounts that belong to you, so you keep the data and the history. Advertising spend is paid by you directly to the platform and is never included in our price.
Included in the base scope
Digital marketing work is sold as set-up projects with a clear end: accounts created or tidied, conversion tracking installed, campaigns structured and written, and a hand-over that explains how to read the numbers. Ongoing management is not included unless a separate written scope says so.
- Ad account and conversion tracking set-up (Google Ads, Meta, GA4 and tags)
- Campaign structure: ad groups or ad sets, keywords or audiences, budgets you choose
- Ad copy written in several variants for testing
- Landing page connected and tracked
- Email platform set-up with a branded template
- Hand-over notes explaining what was built and what to watch
Before development begins
Work starts once payment and these materials and access are received.
- Your platform accounts, or permission to create them under your business email
- The advertising budget you are comfortable with (paid to the platform, not to us)
- The offer, service or product the campaign promotes
- Brand assets and any images you have the right to use
Base rate plus the add-ons you choose
One written total is confirmed before the Stripe payment link is sent. Invoicing is available in CAD or USD based on client preference. Applicable taxes are shown on the quote.
Standard website projects target delivery within 24–48 hours after payment and required project materials are received. Larger or more complex builds follow the timeline agreed in the project scope.

- Send the enquiry with what you have: page list, products, brief or existing site.
- We ask any questions and send a written scope with one total.
- You agree, pay through the Stripe link, and send the materials. Development begins.
After delivery: full ownership of the deliverables and 30 days of defect correction.
Do you manage campaigns every month?
Not by default. If you want continued management after set-up, ask and we will quote it as a separate, written scope with its own price and terms. Nothing recurring starts without that.
Do you mark up ad spend?
No. Ad spend goes from your card to the platform. We never handle it.
