We set up the technical foundations search engines need and optimise the pages you already have. Sold as one-time projects with a defined page count, not a monthly retainer. We do not promise rankings, because nobody controls what a search engine decides.
Included in the base scope
SEO work at Mindmap is a defined project: a technical audit, fixes to what the audit finds, and page-by-page optimisation for an agreed number of pages. You get a report of what was changed and why. There is no monthly fee and no promise of a position on any results page.

- Page titles, meta descriptions and heading structure rewritten
- Internal linking and image alt text reviewed and corrected
- XML sitemap and robots file configured
- Structured data added where it applies (organisation, local business, FAQ)
- Google Search Console and Google Business Profile set up in your accounts
- Written summary of every change and a keyword map for your pages

Work starts once payment and these materials and access are received.

Base rate plus the add-ons you choose
One written total is confirmed before the Stripe payment link is sent. Invoicing is available in CAD or USD based on client preference. Applicable taxes are shown on the quote.
Standard website projects target delivery within 24–48 hours after payment and required project materials are received. Larger or more complex builds follow the timeline agreed in the project scope.

- We ask any questions and send a written scope with one total.
- You agree, pay through the Stripe link, and send the materials. Development begins.
After delivery: full ownership of the deliverables and 30 days of defect correction.
Will this get me to page one?
We cannot promise that and we will not. We can promise the technical basics are correct, the pages are well written and the search engines can read everything. Results depend on competition, content and time.
Do you offer monthly SEO?
Not as a subscription. If you want more work later, we quote it as another fixed project.
